Food Sanitation Specialist Job Description
The Food Sanitation Specialist performs general dishwashing duties to ensure the cleaning and sanitizing of dishes, utensils, pots and pans.
Basic Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize dinnerware, utensils and trays are available to diners without delay
- Clean/sanitize all equipment and utensils using mechanical, manual or other established methods.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the Company rules and regulations as set forth in the employee handbook.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to wash dishes, utensils, and pots and pans within food service environment,
- Available to work any schedule during hours of operation to include nights, weekends and/or holidays,
- Pass a background check.
- Provide proof of identify and authorization to work in the U.S.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Push and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Stand and move within assigned work area for 6 to 7 hours per day, excluding breaks and lunch).
- Some bending, stooping, and reaching as necessary to complete tasks.
