
What You’ll Do:
• Manage service calls and dispatch technicians to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Utilize your strong understanding of local geography and traffic flow to optimize service routes.
• Ensure an 80% sit rate for service technicians by effectively scheduling and managing their daily tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service, keeping customers informed and satisfied.
• Use your logistics knowledge, whether from military, warehouse, or delivery experience, to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate records of all service calls and technician assignments.
• Handle time management with precision, ensuring that all service calls are addressed in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the service team, ensuring that everything runs like clockwork.
What We’re Looking For:
• Logistics Expertise : Experience in logistics, whether through military, warehouse, or delivery services like Uber or DoorDash, is highly valued.
• Local Knowledge : A deep understanding of the local area, ideally having lived here your whole life.
• Strong Computer Skills : Proficient in using CRM systems and other computer applications.
• Time Management : Excellent at juggling multiple tasks and ensuring they’re completed efficiently.
• Customer Service : A natural at making customers feel valued and ensuring their needs are met.
