About this role
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Project Manager to lead the final implementation, testing, and close-out stages of a critical database and software onboarding initiative. The project is already 60% 70% complete; we need a strong leader to drive the final modules across the finish line.

Core Skills & Qualifications Needed
- Software Onboarding (3+ Years): Proven experience successfully managing and delivering large-scale software rollouts.
- Project Leadership (3+ Years): Strong background leading cross-functional project teams and managing vendor relationships.
- Tools: Expert proficiency with Jira and modern collaboration software.
- Domain Familiarity: Exposure to Finance, Compliance, or Loan Servicing systems is highly valued.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive Final Delivery: Lead the testing, implementation, and close-out phases for 3 core system modules.
- Vendor & Team Liaison: Coordinate internal teams and facilitate critical weekly syncs with the software vendor.
- Risk & Plan Management: Maintain project timelines, identify delivery bottlenecks, and execute mitigation strategies.
