Job Title: Epic PB Analyst (Professional Billing)

Location: (Remote)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

IMPORTANT:

This is NOT a generic Epic analyst role. They specifically want a strong Epic Professional Billing (PB) resource with heavy production support experience, strong reporting and operational experience.

Top priorities:

Epic PB Certification REQUIRED

Strong PB Work queue (WQ) experience

Slicer Dicer experience

Multiple Service Areas

Statements / credits / follow-up profiles

Upgrade support + testing + ticket resolution

Enterprise production support experience

This is more operational/revenue cycle focused than implementation focused.

Ideal backgrounds:

Large health systems

Candidates who can work independently in production environments

Analysts without PB certification

Build-only consultants with little support experience

Candidates weak in WQs or revenue cycle operations
