Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

• 1+ years of experience with Jira.
• Experience with NICE Performance Management (NPM) or NICE WFM.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the product backlog and prioritize work items based on business value.
• Partner with stakeholders to refine business requirements and desired outcomes.
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and solution reviews.
• Coordinate with developers, QA teams, architects, and business partners throughout software development.
• Support testing activities, defect resolution, and production validation.
• Assist with platform adoption initiatives and user onboarding.
• Support integrations between NICE applications and other systems.
• Provide production support and issue triage as needed.
• Ensure solutions meet business objectives and compliance requirements.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
