Senior Staff Product Manager | AI Experience

Intelix.AI is a late-stage, category-defining consumer platform unicorn seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager for AI Experience. The role involves owning the member experience, driving experimentation, and collaborating with the AI platform team to enhance product features.

Responsibilities:

• The core member experience homepage, conversational AI, and community end to end, as a Senior Staff individual contributor with your own design + engineering pod
• Building a high-velocity experimentation engine
• Defining the metrics from first visit through retention
• Partnering with the AI platform team to stand up new AI features
• Reports to the SVP of Product; the CPO sponsors the seat; the CEO meets every finalist

Requirements:

• A consumer-facing AI/LLM product shipped to production real users at real scale, your decisions visible. Prototypes, pilots, and internal tools don't count
• AI woven through your daily practice agentic workflows you built yourself
• A rigorous experimentation track record, including honest reads on failed tests
• 10–15 years in product as a hands-on IC (exceptional AI builders at 7–8 considered)
• San Francisco preferred
• New York (onsite Tue–Thu)
• Seattle (quarterly)
• Remote US considered
