About this role
Swa Technology is redefining how businesses integrate and automate tasks with multi-agent AI orchestration, and they are seeking a Junior Engineer to contribute to various aspects of development and support. The role involves full-stack development, product design, and customer support, among other responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Full-stack development: Work on both front-end and back-end tasks, contributing to AI-driven products and integrations
- Product design and implementation: Collaborate with the team to design, build, and improve our automation platform
- Website and web app development: Maintain and improve our web presence
- Customer support and issue resolution: Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Infrastructure: Support CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure, optimize AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Secrets Manager)
- Marketing and content support: Assist in creating technical marketing materials and landing pages
- Strategic planning: Contribute ideas for our product roadmap
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Open to recent graduates and professionals with up to 4-5 years of experience
- Proficiency in Node.js or Python
- Adaptability and initiative: willingness to jump into different projects
- Problem-solving mindset: you find solutions, propose ideas, and make things happen
- AI and machine learning interest or experience
- Slack bot/app development experience
- AWS and serverless architecture familiarity
