Program/Project/Management Analyst

Brandes Associates Inc., a defense contractor, is seeking a Program/Project Management Analyst with 3+ years of experience to perform management, technical, or business case analyses. The role involves applying analytic techniques to evaluate program/project objectives, analyzing requirements and budgets, and tracking program/project status.

Responsibilities:

• Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives
• Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules
• Performs management, technical, or business case analyses
• Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs
• Tracks program/project status and schedules
• Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience performing duties described in the functional description
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—verbal, non-verbal, written, and listening—for staff, customer, and organizational level communications, both formal and informal
• Ability to perform all functional duties independently, self-starter
• Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; Microsoft Project 2016; and Adobe Acrobat (reader and pro)
• BA/BS degree
• Applicant must have an active DoD Secret Clearance
• The applicant must have US citizenship at the time of application
