Entegrata is a fast-growing startup transforming how the legal industry works with data. They are seeking an Implementation Engineer who will be responsible for the technical execution of customer implementations, ensuring environments are configured correctly and data is accurately mapped.
Responsibilities:
- You'll be the technical counterpart to our Customer Experience Managers (CXM) on every customer implementation
- While the CXM owns the project plan and customer relationship, you own the technical execution — making sure environments are configured correctly, data is mapped accurately, and the lakehouse is delivering reliable outputs before go-live
- Environment setup — provisioning customer instances, configuring networking connections, and establishing data connections between Entegrata's platform and customer source systems
- Data mapping & integration — translating law firm data structures into Entegrata's data model across a range of financial, experience, HR systems & beyond including Aderant, Elite 3E, Foundation, ADP, UKG, Intapp products, and others
- Technical customer engagement — participating in working sessions, responding to data-related questions, and explaining technical concepts clearly to technical & non-technical stakeholders
- Issue resolution — identifying and resolving data mapping issues, mapping discrepancies, and configuration problems during the implementation cycle
- Documentation — maintaining accurate configuration and environment documentation throughout the project
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in technical implementation, systems integration, or data delivery role
- Experience with legal or professional services financial systems (Aderant, Elite 3E, or similar practice management/ERP platforms)
- Solid SQL skills — comfortable writing queries, investigating data issues, and tracing data challenges back to source systems
- Experience working with data mapping or system integration — you understand how data moves from source to destination and what can go wrong along the way
- Comfortable in customer-facing settings — you can lead a technical working session, explain a data problem clearly, and manage expectations without the CXM doing it for you
- Familiarity with relational databases, structured data concepts, and APIs
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once
- Clear written and verbal communication; you document your work and flag issues early
- Understanding of law firm financial operations — time reporting, billing & collections, financial reporting workflows
- Familiarity with CRM or business development platforms such as DealCloud, Nexl, HubSpot
- Exposure to HR/workforce management systems such as UKG, ADP, Workday
- Experience working in a SaaS or PaaS environment delivering data platform implementations
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Fabric, similar)
- Experience using AI for workflow improvement and efficiency
