IT Business Intelligence Analyst

RadNet is a leading company in radiology, committed to providing the best patient care. The IT Business Intelligence Analyst will design and build dashboards and reports, collaborate with department leaders on KPIs, and contribute to the improvement of BI processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build dashboards and reports using curated datasets to meet specific departmental needs
• Collaborate closely with department leaders to define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
• Conduct root cause analysis for performance fluctuations and identify actionable insights to improve operational efficiency
• Validate metric calculations against documented business rules and ensure data accuracy and consistency in all reporting
• Work with Technical BI Analysts and BI Engineers to optimize existing reports and dashboards for performance and usability
• Assists in troubleshooting and resolving BI tool or system-related issues
• Contributes to the continuous improvement of BI processes and strategies within the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field; or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
• Intermediate proficiency in Power BI, Looker, and Microsoft Excel, with experience building interactive dashboards
• Solid understanding of clinical business metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational processes
• Demonstrated ability to translate business questions into analytical requirements and actionable insights
