Network Engineer (Wi-Fi / RF)

Dexian is a leading technology and professional staffing company with a global presence. They are seeking a hands-on Network Engineer to support and optimize enterprise network and wireless environments, focusing on troubleshooting and improving network performance.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support Cisco-based network infrastructure (or equivalent)
• Troubleshoot switches, wireless access points, downstream devices, and network performance issues
• Perform wireless site surveys, RF analysis, and Wi-Fi optimization using tools such as Ekahau Sidekick or similar
• Assess coverage, channel utilization, and band distribution to improve user experience
• Participate in on-call support and after-hours incident response
• Partner with engineering teams to identify and reduce technical debt

Requirements:

• 3+ years of network engineering or network operations experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills in production environments
• Experience with Cisco networking, switching, and wireless technologies
• Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi assessments, RF analysis, or wireless optimization
• Ability to work independently and drive issues through resolution
• CCNA preferred
• Has experience with on-call support and after-hours troubleshooting
• Thrives in a hands-on, operational environment-not a typical 9-5 role
• Demonstrates tenure stability (ideally 2+ years per role)
