Key Responsibilities:

Install and maintain desktop hardware/software (Windows, Office 365)

Troubleshoot issues via helpdesk ticketing systems

Manage user accounts in Active Directory

Support mobile devices (iOS/Android)

Ensure security with anti-virus and encryption tools
Requirements

Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field

CompTIA A+ or MCP certification preferred

Experience with Windows, Active Directory, and hardware troubleshooting

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

Professional and willing to learn
