About the Organisation
Forensicare (Victorian Institute of Forensic Mental Health) is Victoria’s specialist provider of forensic mental health services. We deliver recovery-focused programs supporting people with serious mental illness across secure, inpatient and community settings.
About the Role
As the Senior Culture & Organisation Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping organisational culture, driving strategic change, and building workforce capability across the organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Culture, Communications and Organisational Development, you will lead enterprise-wide initiatives spanning leadership development, organisational design, diversity and inclusion, and change management.
This is a highly influential role partnering with senior leaders to deliver evidence-based programs that strengthen culture, engagement, and organisational performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead strategic culture and change initiatives aligned to organisational reform
• Design and deliver leadership and capability development programs
• Translate strategy into practical development pathways and frameworks
• Provide expert advice on organisational development and design
• Drive change management programs to build readiness and engagement
• Embed diversity, equity, inclusion and wellbeing into practices
• Enhance employee experience through insights, surveys and feedback
• Lead, coach and develop a small team
• Contribute to continuous improvement and organisational transformation
About You
You are a senior OD professional with strong experience influencing at executive level and leading large-scale change.
You will bring:
• Experience delivering leadership, capability and change programs
• Strong organisational development and culture expertise
• Proven success leading complex transformation initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Experience with change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, BCM)
• Strong project management and delivery capability
• Commitment to diversity, inclusion and contemporary workforce practices
