
Job Description:
>> Experience with technical Voice support with end customer with strong verbal communication
>> Provide L1L1.5 support for migration from Transmit BindiD to Passkey authentication.
>> Troubleshoot passkey enrollment authentication device registration and user access issues using SOPs
>> Investigate device binding credential synchronization and cross-device authentication problems.
>> Some knowledge of CIAM MFA Passkeys FIDO2WebAuthn REST APIs and Transmit Security is preferred.
>> Customer-facing support experience and ability to work in rotational support or on-call schedules.
