- Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Workday Talent & Performance.
- Experience participating in at least one full lifecycle Workday HCM implementation.

- Experience with functional configuration and business process design.
- Experience supporting testing activities, defect resolution, and production readiness.
- Experience validating Workday reports, integrations, and data conversion deliverables.
- Strong analytical, documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners.
