Job Description:
- The Principal Lead will generate visibility, manage progress, and provide regular updates on status and effectiveness of organizational programs and objectives within Substation Asset Management (Electric Engineering).
- The lead will engage and coordinate with internal teams and key external stakeholders to ensure success.
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline required (engineering, business, accounting); master s strongly preferred.
- Minimum nine years of experience in a client-oriented business consulting / professional services role, specifically related to business transformation or Portfolio, Project or Program Management (PPM) consulting.
- Strong visual management, dashboarding, data management experience.
- PMP strongly preferred.
- Proven experience and success in business development, generating strong visual management, dashboarding, facilitation, and data management experience.
- Demonstrated experience with Process mapping, Re-Engineering, introducing, and implementing efficiencies, Resource Management, and an ability to manage complex projects and programs and drive them to successful completion.
- Staff management experience, including exceptional leadership skills with ability to build a team and develop the individuals on that team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
