Project Manager

Cardinal Health is a leader in providing pharmacy solutions with over 45 years of experience. The Project Manager will oversee pharmacy operations, manage client relationships, and support business growth strategies while ensuring effective project management and operational support.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management support for Outpatient, Specialty and CHC pharmacy solutions
• Operational and administrative support
• Support business growth strategy for ambulatory care and specialty pharmacies, client relationship management, metrics reporting, and 340B optimization
• Preparation and presentation of Desktop and Business Development Assessments
• Participation in build/open projects
• Licensing, enrollments, accreditation (URAC/ACHC)
• Specialty support as determined by Specialty Pharmacy Director

Requirements:

• Ability to travel to multiple locations as required by Business Development and Implementation Director
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Interpersonal relations and customer service skills
• Multitasking and time management skills
• 340B experience
• Demonstrate competency, knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and clear understanding of pharmacy information systems and point of sale for use and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
• 8-12 years of experience
• Preferred experience using Compass Rose, Epic and Asembia software
