GIS Business System Analyst

Diverse Lynx is a company focused on providing employment opportunities and promoting a diverse workforce. They are seeking a GIS Business System Analyst to manage incident intake, prioritize resolutions, and coordinate testing across technology and business teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead incident intake, triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking
• Manage and track security vulnerabilities including CVE-related risks
• Own Jira backlog including epics, stories, defects, and sprint prioritization with regular discussion with Leader and PO
• Coordinate testing across technology and business teams
• Facilitate retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide leadership reporting on progress, risks, and impediments

Requirements:

• 7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Experience supporting GIS or enterprise platforms
• Lead incident intake, triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking
• Manage and track security vulnerabilities including CVE-related risks
• Own Jira backlog including epics, stories, defects, and sprint prioritization with regular discussion with Leader and PO
• Coordinate testing across technology and business teams
• Facilitate retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide leadership reporting on progress, risks, and impediments
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and backlog management (Jira preferred)
