Google Advanced Cloud Generative AI Developer

UNIVERSAL Technologies, LLC is seeking two experienced Google Advanced Cloud & Generative AI Developers for a hybrid position in Albany, NY. The role involves developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise conversational AI and virtual agent solutions using Google Cloud Platform and programming in Python and JavaScript.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise chatbot and virtual agent solutions utilizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Build, implement, and support conversational AI applications using Google Dialogflow and related technologies
• Develop and implement Generative AI agents and intelligent automation solutions utilizing modern AI frameworks and cloud services
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and prompt engineering strategies to improve AI response quality and performance
• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations using Python and JavaScript
• Support existing production applications by troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and resolving technical defects
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative cloud-based AI solutions
• Develop clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented application code following established development standards and best practices
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure software quality and reliability
• Develop and maintain infrastructure automation and CI/CD processes utilizing Terraform and Git-based repositories
• Contribute to the successful delivery of multiple concurrent conversational AI and cloud application initiatives while ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards
