Regional Business Process Owner- ETO Analytics

The Regional Business Process Owner – ETO Analytics role within the GSC Digital Transformation Team focuses on standardizing and simplifying business, supply chain, and finance processes across North America. This position drives the deployment and adoption of end-to-end supply chain processes, collaborating with global and regional stakeholders to support the company's transformation initiatives and long-term growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of regional business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement
• Partner with regional stakeholders, global Business Process Owners (BPOs), and cross-functional teams to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and transformation opportunities
• Support the definition and implementation of global standard processes aligned with industry best practices and organizational objectives
• Assess current ("As-Is") processes, define future-state ("To-Be") processes, and drive adoption of global standards across supply chain sites
• Ensure business prerequisites and readiness activities are completed prior to process transformation initiatives
• Act as a liaison between regional business teams and global process owners to ensure alignment, communication, and successful execution of process changes
• Support large-scale transformation programs by ensuring deployed solutions align with standardized business processes
• Develop and maintain business process documentation, process maps, governance models, and performance metrics
• Monitor process performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Facilitate collaboration within regional and global process communities, key user networks, and transformation teams
• Drive change management efforts and promote adoption of new processes, tools, and best practices
• Travel and engage with global business units to understand regional needs and support process standardization initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 7+ years of experience in analytics, business process management, transformation, or continuous improvement within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong experience supporting ETO (Engineer-to-Order) operations and business processes
• Advanced expertise in data analytics, reporting, visualization, and business intelligence tools
• Experience with automation technologies and digital transformation initiatives
• Proven success leading process improvement, business transformation, and standardization projects
• Proven hands-on experience with SAP or another ERP system, with a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and cross-functional process integration within a manufacturing environment
• Experience with process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations
• Strong change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills
• Ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional, and multicultural teams
• Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence and delivering measurable business impact
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including occasional international travel
• Advanced degree preferred
