Customer Service Representative (IAT)

Industrial Air Technology Corp. (IATC) is a leading provider of centrifugal industrial fans and blowers, and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support existing customers. This role involves assisting with product selection, quotation preparation, order processing, and developing strong customer relationships in a business-to-business industrial environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist existing customers with product selection and technical coordination
• Prepare and manage quotations and order documentation
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Communicate clearly with customers in an industrial B2B setting
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Coordinate internally to ensure customer requirements are met
• Support ongoing account management and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous sales or customer service experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
