FT role for Lead Data Engineer

Arkhya Tech. Inc. is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to lead the modernization of legacy ETL pipelines. The role involves deconstructing existing integrations and ensuring data accuracy and traceability while implementing an enterprise-ready Data Lake.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the reverse engineering and modernization of legacy ETL pipelines into an enterprise-ready Data Lake
• Responsible for deconstructing the current Microsoft stack integrations, mapping authoritative System of Record(SOR), and rebuilding automated ingestion layers
• Define the blueprint that ensures data accuracy, traceability, and streamlined downstream consumption
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Pyspark
• Good understanding of data modeling, schema mapping, Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD), and Medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
• Proven track record in reverse engineering legacy systems, source-to-target mapping, and metadata management

Requirements:
