Lockheed Martin is a global leader in aerospace, defense, and technology solutions. They are seeking an ERP Business Analyst, Sr Stf to lead the RMS R3 1LMX Data Cleansing and Testing initiative, coordinating process and data transformation across their value streams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the RMS R3 1LMX Data Cleansing and Testing initiative
- Coordinate Process and Data Transformation across the 1LMX Value Streams from an RMS perspective working with the RMS Value Stream Business Area Representatives, RMS functional teams, and the 1LMX Enterprise Team
Requirements:
- Experience in Finance & Business Operations processes
- Experience with technical solutioning within the ERP system
- Ability to collaborate with technical developers
- Demonstrated experience with driving strategic initiatives
- Ability to execute assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision & direction
- Highly effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a collaborative, deadline driven environment
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the year
- US Citizenship is required due to program requirements
- Experience with large integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation
- Ability to assess functional requirements and technology roadmaps
- Understanding of transformation objectives and how to align future state processes to achieve business outcomes
- Familiarity with Agile framework
- Ability to lead challenging change management assignments
