Job Title: Business Analyst (SAFe & Azure DevOps)
Location: Allentown, PA / Remote

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in SAFe Agile and Azure DevOps (ADO). The candidate should be comfortable managing product backlogs, writing user stories, gathering requirements, and working closely with business stakeholders and development teams. The role requires someone who can quickly learn about the product, drive discussions, and ensure Agile processes are followed.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Create and manage Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria in Azure DevOps.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog.
• Facilitate meetings with business users, developers, designers, and vendors.
• Create process flows and document current and future state processes.
• Support UAT, testing, defect tracking, and requirement traceability.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met.
• Assist with training documentation and product support materials.
• Support Agile/SAFe ceremonies and delivery activities.
• Help with business case development, RFPs, and process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years Business Analysis experience.
• Strong Azure DevOps (ADO) experience.
• SAFe Agile methodology knowledge.
• Experience managing backlogs and writing user stories.
• Requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• UAT and testing support experience.
• Process mapping (As-Is / To-Be).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
