Job Title: Siemens Teamcenter PLM Project Manager
Location: Fremont, CA 94555 (Onsite)
Duration: 6-12 Months
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end PLM program delivery including implementation, migration, upgrades, and rollout of Teamcenter solutions
Drive project planning and governance manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and KPIs
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, IT, supply chain, vendors, system integrators) for successful delivery
Translate business requirements into functional deliverables and oversee execution with development/configuration teams
Manage risks, issues, and change control processes ensuring timely mitigation and project stability
Drive PLM process alignment (BOM, Change Management, Document Management, Product Data Management) across business units
Oversee testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare ensuring smooth go-live and user adoption
Establish and monitor project KPIs for delivery quality, cost, schedule, and resource utilization
Facilitate governance meetings and executive reporting (steering committees, status updates, dashboards)
Drive change management and user adoption initiatives to maximize PLM value realization
