Infrastructure Project Manager

MatchPoint Solutions is a global IT-Engineering services company providing technology solutions to various clients across the US and internationally. The Technical Project Manager role involves leading network infrastructure projects and enterprise office buildouts, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery while coordinating between technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale network deployments for new office locations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to technical and business requirements
• Enable effective communication between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Manage enterprise network infrastructure projects
• Manage office relocations, new office buildouts, or campus infrastructure deployments
• Manage project budgets and financial reporting
• Review and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Apply knowledge of SDLC and project governance methodologies
• Manage vendor relationships and stakeholder communication
• Use project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Project Management experience leading technical infrastructure initiatives
• Experience managing enterprise network infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, wireless, routing, switching, firewalls, and structured cabling
• Experience managing office relocations, new office buildouts, or campus infrastructure deployments
• Working knowledge of network engineering concepts to effectively communicate with technical teams
• Experience managing project budgets and financial reporting
• Experience reviewing and managing Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Knowledge of SDLC and project governance methodologies
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience with enterprise retail environments
• Familiarity with structured cabling, low-voltage infrastructure, and data center/network deployments
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams
