Cityblock Health is focused on transforming healthcare for Medicaid and Dual eligible individuals. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee end-to-end product delivery, collaborating closely with various tech teams to ensure that their technology effectively improves member outcomes and business KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end product delivery including intake, discovery, scoping (PRDs), estimation, build, release, and post-launch measurement
- Business case evaluation and prioritization score new requests using a prioritization framework and partner with tech leadership to sequence work against company milestones, KPIs, and KTLO commitments
- PRDs and scoping artifacts that clearly define the problem, proposed approach, requirements, success metrics, dependencies, and risks. Living documents that stay current from discovery through deployment and include prototypes
- Stakeholder management and roadmap transparency Our backlog lives in Linear, your docs live in Notion, and your stakeholders always know where things stand
- Cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Design across the full delivery lifecycle
- Say/Do accountability If we commit to it, we deliver it, we measure it, and we publish the result, including when we fall short
- Post-release measurement Partner with Data Analytics to evaluate success metrics against targets defined at intake, and feed learnings back into the next planning cycle
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping products that moved measurable business or user metrics
- Healthcare experience required; must possess clinical and care model literacy to quickly translate complex clinical operations, eligibility logic, and risk signals into engineering requirements
- Strong quantitative skills, including the ability to write/review SQL, interrogate data models, navigate complex data dependencies, and scope work involving data pipeline changes
- Proven ability to manage senior executive relationships, maintain roadmap transparency, and navigate payer complexity (external data contracts, actuary alignment, and compliance requirements)
- Deep experience in modern delivery environments (two-week cycles, continuous release, Linear/Notion stacks) and a strong written craft for authoring clear, accessible PRDs
- Exceptional comfort with ambiguity; ability to diagnose requests and determine when to deploy lightweight validation versus deep, behavioral science-led research
- Actively integrates AI (e.g., Claude, Cursor) into daily PM workflows—specifically for drafting PRDs, interrogating unfamiliar datasets/schemas, pressure-testing roadmaps, and utilizing/improving agentic pipelines
