Senior PeopleSoft Business Analyst

Largeton Group is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Business Analyst to perform in-depth business analysis within a PeopleSoft environment. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, developing test scenarios, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure quality assurance and effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth business analysis within a PeopleSoft environment, focusing on functional requirements and design specifications
• Gather, analyze, and document operational and business requirements in alignment with organizational needs
• Develop and execute test scenarios; review, analyze, and document test results
• Lead and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions for team members and stakeholders
• Apply strong analytical skills to create functional documentation and ensure quality assurance throughout project phases
• Collaborate with stakeholders for business analysis planning, requirements elicitation, and solution evaluation
• Utilize advanced SQL skills for creating and reading queries to support analysis and reporting tasks
• Understand and apply PeopleSoft architecture, including table structures, modules (HCM, CRM, IH), and integrations
• Preferred experience includes working in government settings, supporting pension benefit administration, and providing guidance on PeopleSoft technologies
• Support continuous improvement by developing functional solutions for complex business problems impacting multiple stakeholders
