Sigma360 is a venture-backed data and analytics company building modern software to help organizations manage risk and make better decisions. They are seeking a Technical Product Manager to design, build, and evolve core product workflows across their enterprise risk and screening platform, focusing on translating business problems into scalable software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Product Discovery & Problem Solving: Partner with stakeholders across Application Development, Customer Success, and Data Engineering to understand user needs and business problems, and translate them into clear product solutions
- Requirements & Execution: Break down complex problems into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements that engineering teams can efficiently implement
- Agile Delivery: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives; help maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlog
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analysis (SQL, Python, spreadsheets, or similar tools) to evaluate product performance, validate assumptions, and inform prioritization and trade-offs
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and customer success teams to ensure solutions are feasible, usable, and aligned with customer needs
- Workflow & UX Input: Contribute to the design of intuitive workflows and user experiences by providing clear product direction and collaborating with UX/design partners
- Customer & Internal Feedback: Support customer escalations and feedback loops, helping identify root causes and translating insights into product improvements
- Roadmap Contribution: Own and deliver roadmap initiatives end-to-end, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies to product leadership
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience as a Product Manager (or similar role) working on software products, preferably in B2B or enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience working within Agile or Scrum teams and delivering software iteratively
- Strong comfort working with data; experience using SQL, Python, spreadsheets, or a combination thereof to analyze datasets and support product decisions
- Ability to engage with engineers on technical concepts, constraints, and trade-offs, even if not writing production code
- Proven ability to convert ambiguous business problems into clear, actionable software requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders
- 2–5 years of product management experience delivering software in a cross-functional environment
- Familiarity with data science concepts, statistical analysis, or modeling is a plus but not required
- Experience working with data-heavy products, analytics platforms, or workflow-driven enterprise software
- Experience with financial crime compliance or financial services products beneficial, but not required
