Data Operations Engineer

Maniformer AI is a company focused on redefining the physical capabilities of AI, and they are seeking a Data Operations Engineer. This role involves leading the delivery of high-quality AI training data by bridging business requirements and technical execution to enhance operational efficiency and data quality.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to accurately identify data requirements, and jointly develop scientific data collection plans, annotation execution plans, and actionable delivery schedules
• Oversee end-to-end project resource management, including collection site planning, equipment allocation, material preparation, and workforce deployment, ensuring seamless coordination across all stages and stable project operations
• Track quality issues and data usage feedback throughout the production process, optimize data production solutions (e.g., collection standards, annotation guidelines) in a targeted manner, and systematically improve the accuracy, completeness, and usability of delivered data
• Develop and standardize collection and annotation protocols, systematically train partner teams to align their capabilities with project requirements, and ensure cross-team execution consistency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above; all majors are welcome
• 3+ years of full-cycle delivery management experience in data collection/annotation projects
• Extreme sensitivity to data quality with a strong sense of responsibility; capable of independently owning data quality accountability and ensuring deliverables meet high standards
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to efficiently coordinate business, technical, and other resources to resolve project-related issues
• Strong product mindset, with the ability to proactively identify potential needs based on business scenarios, propose reasonable product optimization suggestions, and drive their implementation
• Candidates with a background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or prior experience in AI-related projects are preferred
• Hands-on experience with data projects in robotics, autonomous driving, or related industries is highly preferred
