In this role, you will connect with individuals and families who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs and support them throughout the enrollment process while contributing to a collaborative and growth-focused team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
- Guide individuals and families through available benefit options
- Support clients through the enrollment process and follow-up communication
- Maintain accurate and organized digital client records
- Provide professional, client-focused service throughout the client experience
- Participate in mentorship programs, team development sessions, and training calls
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support team performance
Requirements:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in leadership, client service, consulting, or operations roles
- High levels of organization and accountability in a remote work environment
- Confidence using video conferencing platforms and digital tools
- A service-focused mindset and desire to help others
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable internet connection
- Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with a functioning webcam
- Experience in customer service, consulting, leadership, operations, or client management
