Business Systems Analyst

Ascension is a leading nonprofit Catholic health system committed to reimagining healthcare. The Business Systems Analyst will act as a bridge between technical capabilities and business needs, leading the design and implementation of systems integration projects to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary bridge between technical capabilities and business needs, mapping complex processes to design integrated, scalable technology solutions that drive organizational value
• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of cross-functional systems integration projects, leveraging multi-platform expertise to optimize workflows and ensure consistency across teams
• Utilize advanced analytics and industry trends to proactively identify improvement opportunities, modernizing legacy functions into high-performing, tightly integrated business systems

Requirements:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
• 2+ years of experience
• Proficient in Python for analytics or data science along with SQL/T-SQL, SSIS/SSRS
• Knowledge or experience with major Cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS) and a proven ability to visualize insights through industry-leading BI tools like Looker or Tableau
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data science, information systems or any analytics field
