Senior Salesforce Developer - 1099 Contract

Quantum Leap Consulting is seeking a hands-on Senior Salesforce Administrator to design and implement high-value Salesforce solutions for nonprofit and mission-driven organizations. This role focuses on complex configuration, automation, integrations, data migrations, technical troubleshooting, and deployment work while collaborating with a Project Lead for client communication and quality assurance.

Responsibilities:

• Design scalable Salesforce architecture and data models for nonprofit use cases such as program management, case management, service delivery, fundraising, grants, memberships, and outcome tracking
• Build and maintain advanced Salesforce automation using Flow, including record-triggered flows, screen flows, scheduled flows, subflows, and complex decision logic
• Lead technical implementation work for integrations between Salesforce and platforms such as WordPress, Gravity Forms, Formstack, ActiveCampaign, LearnDash, BuddyBoss, Stripe, Zapier, n8n, and custom APIs
• Support API, webhook, middleware, and data-sync troubleshooting, including authentication issues, failed integrations, duplicate records, and mapping errors
• Lead data migration work, including data assessment, cleanup recommendations, field mapping, transformations, imports, deduplication, validation, and reconciliation
• Read, troubleshoot, and make updates to Apex classes, triggers, test classes, SOQL queries, and Salesforce metadata, using AI responsibly to support development and technical problem-solving
• Determine when a solution should be declarative versus when Apex, custom development, or an integration is needed
• Deploy changes through ClickDeploy and support sandbox-to-production release processes
• Perform self-testing before handing completed work to the Project Lead for broader testing and client review
• Document technical decisions, automation logic, integration mappings, and deployment details clearly enough for internal continuity and long-term support

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience with strong technical ownership and Salesforce certifications
• Advanced experience with Salesforce Flow and complex automation design
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, object relationships, security, permissions, and sharing
• Experience with data migrations, imports, exports, cleanup, deduplication, and validation
• Experience supporting Salesforce integrations, APIs, webhooks, middleware, or third-party applications
• Ability to read and troubleshoot Apex, triggers, test classes, SOQL, and Salesforce metadata
• Experience using ClickDeploy for Salesforce deployments
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Comfortable working in a consulting environment across multiple client projects
• Salesforce Administrator Certification; Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Business Analyst, Nonprofit Cloud, or Sales Cloud certifications are a plus
• Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, NPSP, program management, case management, fundraising, grants, or nonprofit operations
• Experience with WordPress and WordPress-to-Salesforce integrations
• Familiarity with Gravity Forms, Formstack, Elementor, LearnDash, BuddyBoss, Paid Memberships Pro, ActiveCampaign, MailChimp, Zapier, n8n, or similar tools
• Experience with VS Code, GitHub, Salesforce DX, or metadata-based development workflows
