Business Development Manager

SASMAR Pharmaceuticals is a global pharmaceutical company that is experiencing significant growth and is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager. In this role, you will drive growth initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients and partners to enhance market presence.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with company goals
• Develop and maintain relationships with key retail partners and distributors
• Create and deliver persuasive presentations to stakeholders and prospective clients
• Conduct market research to identify trends and inform business strategy
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients while ensuring profitability
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product visibility and effectiveness in the market
• Monitor and report on sales performance and market competitors

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the health, wellness, or consumer products sectors
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage client relationships and sales pipelines
• A strong work ethic with a focus on results and accountability
