We are hiring an experienced User Research & Experience Architect to support a high-impact enterprise application initiative. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in User Research, UX Strategy, Human-Centered Design (HCD), Process Improvement, and Enterprise Applications.

Required Skills:

7+ years of User Research, UX, Process Improvement, or related experience
Strong qualitative & quantitative research skills
Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and workflow analysis
Expertise in personas, journey mapping, usability reports, and information architecture
Human-Centered Design (HCD) methodology experience
Enterprise application and business workflow experience
Experience translating research insights into UX and business improvements
Hands-on experience with Figma, Jira, and user research tools
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
Experience working in Agile environments

Preferred:

Enterprise digital transformation experience
Workflow optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
