Product Manager

Impiricus is the first and only AI-powered HCP Engagement Engine, recognized as the fastest growing company in North America by Deloitte in 2025. The Product Manager will support the core Ascend roadmap and day-to-day product execution, collaborating with various teams to deliver features and improve platform workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Support roadmap planning and execution across core Ascend platform initiatives
• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories
• Partner with Engineering and Design through discovery, build, launch, and iteration
• Help prioritize backlog items based on impact, effort, and business goals
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with Product, Data, Commercial, and Customer Success
• Track product performance and adoption metrics; surface insights and recommendations
• Gather feedback from internal teams and customers to inform feature improvements
• Maintain strong product documentation, release notes, and internal enablement materials
• Support UAT, rollout readiness, and post-launch follow-up

Requirements:

• 2+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience in product operations, analytics, consulting, or a related role
• Strong organizational and execution skills; able to manage multiple workstreams
• Experience querying databases using SQL
• Comfortable writing requirements and collaborating with technical teams
• Data-informed mindset with ability to interpret metrics and turn insights into action
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
