About this role
GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer with a Secret Clearance. The role involves reviewing technical data and engineering standards, assisting in quality control systems, and leading junior employees.
Responsibilities:
- Review technical data packages for adherence to engineering standards
- Review engineering and technical referrals in accordance with established processes
- Assist with the design and implementation of quality control / assurance systems
- Review, validate and develop technical data, technical manuals and provisioning packages
- Review performance data and developed Readiness Based Sparing (RBS) models
- Performs a variety of complicated engineering related tasks
- May lead and direct the work of more junior contractor employees
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is desired
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Requirements:
- 2+ years of modeling experience using OPUS Suite software
- Secret Security Clearance
- 7+ years in a related position
- Baccalaureate degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
