E2M is a white-label digital agency partner that assists over 400 digital agencies globally in scaling profitably. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to generate qualified sales opportunities by engaging with digital agency owners through various channels and scheduling discovery meetings for Account Executives.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound leads from webinars, website inquiries, referrals, lead magnets, events, and partner communities
- Prospect digital agencies using phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, SMS, and other outbound channels
- Identify and qualify agency owners based on E2M's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the Account Executive team
- Re-engage dormant leads, inactive opportunities, and no-show appointments
- Confirm scheduled meetings to maximize attendance and conversion
- Maintain accurate CRM records, activity logs, notes, and follow-up tasks
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to improve messaging, campaigns, and conversion rates
- Consistently build a healthy pipeline through daily outbound and inbound activities
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or Appointment Setter
- Experience in B2B sales or lead generation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and conducting multi-channel outreach
- Excellent follow-up, organization, and time management skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Ability to build rapport quickly with agency owners and decision-makers
- Strong ownership, discipline, and willingness to learn through coaching
- Experience selling agency services, SaaS, or digital marketing solutions
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound prospecting tools
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools to improve prospecting efficiency
