As a Product Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote our cash management solutions. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. You will work closely with our product development team to ensure our offerings are market-leading and meet client expectations.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the TRANSACTION BANKING-GTS Cash department.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
- Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback on product enhancements and new feature requests.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and target potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of our cash management solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies in all sales activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance and meeting/exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
