Business Development Manager

PROENERGY is an engineering, R&D, and manufacturing powerhouse seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in Brazil’s energy sector. The role involves developing new business opportunities, building relationships within the power sector, and implementing strategic plans for business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Brazilian energy market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners in the power sector
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings in Brazil

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in business development roles within power service companies
• Strong network of contacts in the Brazilian energy sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successfully driving business growth in the energy industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is preferred
