Vida Global is an early-stage AI company building an AI Agent Operating System that enables businesses to manage AI workforces. They are seeking a Head of Design, Product & Brand to lead UI/UX design and shape the company's visual identity, ensuring a cohesive brand and product experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead UI and UX design for Vida’s core platform, including agent creation, configuration, testing, monitoring, analytics, reseller workflows, administrative experiences, and customer-facing tools
- Turn ambiguous product problems into clear, usable, high-quality interfaces
- Design workflows for complex AI agent use cases, including voice agents, computer-use agents, integrations, logs, tasks, inboxes, and reseller/customer management
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, interaction models, and production-ready designs
- Improve information architecture so users can understand and manage increasingly powerful AI systems
- Establish and maintain a scalable product design system in collaboration with engineering
- Use customer feedback, product usage, and business context to improve usability and reduce friction
- Partner closely with product and engineering to ship high-quality product experiences quickly
- Own the evolution of Vida’s visual identity across web, product marketing, sales, and customer-facing materials
- Design and improve the company website, including landing pages, product pages, conversion flows, and campaign pages
- Create high-quality creative assets for sales decks, executive and company presentation materials, launch announcements, email campaigns, social, and events
- Partner with leadership, sales, and marketing to translate Vida’s product vision into clear and compelling visual storytelling
- Develop templates and creative systems that make Vida’s external communication feel consistent, polished, and differentiated
- Help define how Vida shows up in the market as a trusted AI agent platform
- Define the design bar for Vida across product, brand, and go-to-market surfaces
- Create lightweight design processes that help the team move quickly without sacrificing quality
- Bring strong taste, customer empathy, and systems thinking to product and company decisions
- Help Vida build the foundation for a future design function
- Over time, help determine when and how to grow the design team
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, brand design, or a related design role
- Strong portfolio showing excellent product design craft, especially for complex workflows or B2B software
- Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, hierarchy, interaction design, and brand expression
- Experience designing complex B2B, SaaS, workflow, automation, platform, developer, or enterprise products
- Ability to simplify complex systems without oversimplifying the underlying power
- Comfort moving between product design and brand/marketing design
- Experience designing websites, landing pages, sales collateral, or marketing materials
- Ability to work from ambiguity and turn early ideas into clear design directions
- Comfort working directly with founders, product, engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions clearly
- High ownership, strong taste, and a bias toward shipping
- Excitement about being hands-on in an early-stage company environment
- Experience designing AI, automation, agent, developer tool, customer support, telephony, CRM, or workflow products
- Experience designing for reseller, multi-tenant, marketplace, or partner platforms
- Experience building or maintaining a design system
- Experience creating investor, board, or executive-level presentation materials
- Motion, illustration, video, or 3D design skills
- Experience with Webflow, Framer, Next.js, or close collaboration with frontend engineers
