They are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to build and expand a portfolio of high-quality consulting engagements, focusing on digital and AI initiatives while fostering long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Growing your personal network to originate opportunities across insurance, banking, and fintech
- Leading full-cycle, consultative sales processes for complex digital and AI initiatives
- Partnering with design and engineering leaders to shape scope, value, and delivery approach
- Building long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and account expansion
- Positioning VGV as a trusted advisor to senior technology and product leaders on AI strategy and generative UI
Requirements:
- Experience selling digital consulting or product development services inside an agency or consulting environment
- Ability to credibly advise financial services leaders on where AI creates real value
- Experience leading complex, bespoke pursuits and partnering closely with delivery teams
- Proven track record of growing accounts through trust, credibility, and results
- Experience building and expanding a portfolio of high-quality consulting engagements
- Ability to grow personal network to originate opportunities across insurance, banking, and fintech
- Experience leading full-cycle, consultative sales processes for complex digital and AI initiatives
- Experience partnering with design and engineering leaders to shape scope, value, and delivery approach
- Ability to build long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and account expansion
- Experience positioning VGV as a trusted advisor to senior technology and product leaders on AI strategy and generative UI
- Strong working understanding of how consumer brands across e-commerce, QSR, and CPG buy, build, and govern technology
- Ability to articulate challenges facing consumer brands and where the space is going
- Existing credibility or network within consumer brands
- Ability to hold substantive conversations about applied AI and generative UI
- Experience translating AI into business value and helping clients separate hype from reality
- Ability to guide senior leaders through complex, ambiguous AI initiatives
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience using AI tools to drive measurable efficiency
- A genuine, well-formed view on the future of AI in consumer brands
