Operations & Project Manager - Roofing - Remote - Path to COO

Infinite Roofing Solutions is a growing roofing operation focused on restoration rather than replacement. They are seeking an Operations & Project Manager to organize and improve the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to processes while supporting the team and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and improve the overall day-to-day operation of the roofing business
• Support scheduling, dispatch, and estimating
• Build and organize efficient routes for our roofing technicians
• Set the sales team up for success with smart, tight routes
• Ensure every SOP is being followed — and help us continually build and improve them
• Drive process and process-improvement across the company as we scale
• Be customer-facing by phone — everyone here talks to customers and owns service

Requirements:

• Real trades experience — roofing specifically (repair, tear-offs, residential and commercial)
• Direct experience with the exact operational work above: scheduling, estimating, routing, SOPs
• Strong process and organization instincts — you make messy things run smoothly
• Comfortable and professional on the phone with customers
• Self-directed and reliable — you can run point virtually without hand-holding
• The drive to grow into a COO role
