Chief of Staff

16VC is a London-based venture capital firm investing in ambitious founders building the future of AI, enterprise software, and deep tech.

We invest at the Pre-Seed and Seed stage and work with exceptional founders across the UK, US, India, and globally.

We recently launched the 16VC Remote Founder Fellowship, bringing together 150+ founders from over 80 startups worldwide, and are expanding our global founder and investor network.

About the Role

We're looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founder & General Partner to help build and scale 16VC.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. You'll drive strategic projects, support investments and fundraising, help grow our founder community, and build the operational foundation of the firm.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the Founder on strategic initiatives.

• Support deal sourcing, investment operations, and fundraising.

• Manage investor and founder relationships.

• Help scale the 16VC Founder Fellowship and community.

• Build internal systems and improve operations.

• Represent 16VC at startup events and ecosystem initiatives.

Who We're Looking For

• 3–7 years of experience in startups, venture capital, consulting, strategy, or operations.

• Strong interest in startups, venture capital, AI, and emerging technologies.

• Excellent communication, organization, and execution skills.

• Self-starter who enjoys building from the ground up.
