Key Responsibilities
- Administrative/Leadership
- Monitors marketing productivity on monthly basis to ensure team is achieving minimum number of calls, appointments and deposits and prepares monthly report of key metrics for executive director, chief operating officer and vice president of marketing.
- Responsible for performance evaluations for campus Marketing Department as well as hiring, department orientation, performance improvement plans.
- Presents review of Marketing Department Objectives, Strategies and Tactics at monthly sales meeting with executive director, chief operating officer and vice president of marketing.
- Responding to Inquires:
- Develop, recommend and maintain policies and procedures for inquiries, admissions, and assignment of residences
- Respond in a timely and effective way to all inquiries for residency
- Follow-up with prospects as often as necessary to facilitate a decision to move-in
- Evaluate Prospects:
- Evaluate medical applications for appropriateness and work closely with medical staff to verify qualifications
- Evaluate financial applications for appropriateness to verify qualifications
- Schedule appointments for tours and presentations
- Facilitate Move-in Procedure:
- Sign contracts with qualified applicants
- Collect necessary paperwork from prospective residents
- Set closing dates within guidelines
- Productivity and Coaching
- Achieve productivity standards as outlined in the Corporate Sales Productivity Report
- Coach and monitor staff to insure productivity standards are met
- Coach staff and/or arrange for any necessary sales training
- Maintain Records and Report Results:
- Oversee the maintenance of the marketing database with regard to basic information as well as ongoing communications with prospects (Enquire)
- Report all sales and marketing activities on a weekly and monthly basis
- Oversee the work related to: Create, update and maintain accurate files on all applicants and future residents
- Other Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute events that introduce prospective residents to community lifestyle
- Work with executive director and vice president of marketing to establish budgetary requirements
- Works with executive director and vice president of marketing to establish an annual sales and marketing plan for the community
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Five or more years of sales experience. Experience in senior living a plus
- Bachelor’s degree with focus in marketing, communications or related field of study
- Expansion experience preferred’
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- English language proficiency
