Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to support the execution and growth of a regional marketing strategy across Latin America, focusing on demand generation and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across LATAM markets, including localizing global programs for in-person field events and virtual campaigns tailored to regional audiences
- Manage co-marketing programs with channel partners, resellers, or large ecosystem partners, including both in-person joint events and virtual co-branded campaigns across LATAM
- Support the development and execution of integrated regional marketing plans aligned to business priorities
- Partner with sales leadership to identify market opportunities, customer segments, and growth priorities
- Adapt global campaigns and programs to meet regional market needs and cultural nuances
- Plan and execute regional events, executive programs, workshops, webinars, and community experiences
- Collaborate with field sales teams to identify target accounts and customer engagement opportunities
- Partner with Product Marketing, Corporate Events, Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales teams to ensure regional alignment
- Track program performance against business goals, analyze results to identify optimization opportunities, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in regional B2B demand generation, planning and executing campaigns across LATAM markets
- 3-4 years of proven experience managing co-marketing programs with channel partners or ecosystem partners
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing analytics and reporting, with the ability to track, measure, and report on regional campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and product adoption metrics
- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing programs that drive measurable business outcomes
- Experience working across multiple countries and cultures within Latin America
- Ability to use tools like Salesforce, Marketo, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology buying motions and customer engagement strategies
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment with strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience marketing to developers, technical audiences, or software engineering organizations
- Experience working with partner-led go-to-market motions
- Familiarity with developer tools, cloud platforms, AI technologies, or cybersecurity solutions
- Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency
