Applications Dev & Test - AI Data Engineer 3

Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe. They are seeking an AI Data Engineer 3 to transform complex data into actionable insights, improve operational performance, and ensure data reliability for business decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with engineering, operations, program management, and leadership to develop reporting and analytics solutions
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Perform data quality assessments, validation, and verification activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Design, implement, automate, and maintain scalable data collection, transformation, and validation processes
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, KPI reporting, and self-service analytics solutions
• Create data validation frameworks and monitoring processes to proactively detect and resolve data issues
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve data models, metadata management, and data governance practices
• Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for technical and executive audiences
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization, and implementation of scalable reporting solutions
• Support root cause analysis by leveraging data to identify drivers of performance issues
• Document processes, methodologies, and data quality standards to ensure consistency and scalability

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5-7 years of applicable experience in business intelligence, reporting, data quality management, or related analytical disciplines
• Experience designing and implementing data quality validation, verification, and monitoring processes
• Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using business intelligence tools such as Power BI or similar platforms
• Experience automating manual processes using scripting, workflow automation, or data integration technologies
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Experience with telemetry, operational, engineering, IoT, industrial controls, or critical infrastructure data
• Experience with data related to Data Centers and power distribution
• Experience implementing automated data validation and exception management processes
• Experience developing executive-level dashboards and KPI scorecards
