Mainframe Software Development Engineer in Test

Broadcom is seeking an Experienced Software Development Engineer in Test to participate in an Agile development environment. The role involves planning, designing, developing, and executing tests for software enhancements and fixes in a mainframe computing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Performing validation and verification testing of both new features and product fixes
• Developing and executing high-quality software tests in a continuous integration environment
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining robust test automation pipelines
• Assessing code coverage and identifying/resolving testing gaps
• Automating tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
• Ensuring test pipelines are up to date with latest technologies
• Collaborating and providing Quality Assurance subject matter expertise in an Agile team environment
• Coordination with management and internal teams
