TUNE, part of the Andromeda operating group within Constellation Software Inc., is a leading SaaS platform in the partner and affiliate marketing space. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with strategic customers to maximize the value of the platform, focusing on retention, renewal, and customer success.
Responsibilities:
- Owning a book of business of current clients and serving as a main point of contact for our largest revenue and most strategic accounts
- Building deep relationships with clients to establish a consultative approach toward growing and optimizing their business
- Renewing annual contracts and upselling new products to our current clients
- Promoting new features and services by training and empowering clients to adopt those features
- Strategizing with clients for deeper utilization of, and success with, the TUNE platform
- Analyzing future potential, opportunities, and growth for your TUNE accounts
- Serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on a specific topic
- Assisting the Director of Customer Success with training and support of Customer Success Managers
- Owning and executing ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 5+ years of account management & customer focused experience, utilizing a consultative mindset
- Past sales or business development experience in the growth of existing clients
- Experience managing large and strategic brands
- Experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, or performance marketing
- Ability to prioritize and manage the needs of many accounts
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, presentation skills, and business acumen
- Must feel comfortable engaging with executive leaders
- Must have experience negotiating win-win contract conditions with clients
- Outgoing, positive, and energetic personality
- This role requires building a positive relationship with our clients to support their ongoing loyalty
- Must have experience and feel comfortable being in some type of leadership role, fully owning projects and provide training and guidance to other employees
