Head of Growth

HUD is building infrastructure to create RL training data and evals for frontier AI agents. They are seeking a Head of Growth to connect with potential candidates and key figures in the AI ecosystem, while also helping to define company culture and values.

Responsibilities:

• Telling HUD’s story and getting people excited about our vision through worldbuilding
• Finding, connecting, and meeting with candidates, AI engineers and researchers, and other key people in the AI ecosystem
• Define our culture and values, then screen candidates and develop an onboarding process for new hires based on them
• Work with the Chief of Staff to own end-to-end recruiting, including building and optimizing the systems (recruiting ops and tooling, automated workflows, etc.)
• Work with the Marketing & Events Lead to host community events, represent HUD at industry events, and create content
• Work with the GTM Engineers to find intros or connection pathways into high-priority leads
